Why am I still here? I've tried not eating I'm still not any skinnier. I'm starting to shake a lot. Almost uncontrollably

I seek help. My mother wouldn't be happy with my fat ass giving in. In supposed to be on a diet. I'm supposed to not be eating. So why am I still so ****ing fat??
