I'm in ela were doing a presentation thingy but istfg it's almost my turn and I'm about to have a panic attack/srs
oh crap uhh
bruh its the 2nd day of school thats crappy-
uh takr deep breaths,, you dont have to make eye contact w anyone you can just look at their ears and between their eyes,, umm talk relatively fast but still slow enough for ppl to understand uhh itll be over before you know it um if u gotta fidget w smth to calm down uhh play w a pencil or smth?? maybe like an eraser uhh
