When searching the name "Tomasz Witkowski" on Google, a Wikipedia page comes up about some Polish dude born in 1963 who is a psychology professor and studied it. He lives in Poland. And what is the time zone for Poland? CET. And what Timezone is Flipanim in? UTC. Poland is in UTC+1. So this is sort of far fetched but it's only one hour off, meaning he most likely lives close to Poland. Perhaps he created Flipanim in a neighboring country before pursuing his career in Poland. Anyways, if this "Tomasz Witkowski" is this same dude as the guy who made Flipanim, then I have a theory. Just hear me out ok? Let me type..
