this is not logically correct. he would have to be in water if he wanted to spray the feature forever.

There is no hose in Sunshine. Plus, even if just the F.L.U.D.D. was in the water, it still would not refill, according to the game's properties.
I know but in term of the game, this isn't an eternally looping cycle.
