I think by what I can remember my last panic attack was on 4/6/18. I haven't had an actual full on panic attack in a while. I remember when I was having them daily. It's that time of year again where my anxiety loosens up and I'm not feeling so depressed. I think this actually might be a decent summer, but I'm not gonna get my hopes up. Those feelings could randomly come back, it's what they always do.
