Kid was sitting outside on a park bench, it was early fall so, it was getting a bit cold. kid was in a blue hoodie, drawing in a notebook while looking at the trees with golden and bronze leaves as they danced down to the soft grass. Kid saw other people walking around as friend groups, alone and, even couples. but, out of all the people, he saw a tall very recognizing figure. a figure with fluffy, blue hair. even though he was far away from him, martin spotted kid as well. martin smiled a comforting smile, waved quick, and walked away before kid could say anything.

Kid went home that day, and starred at his clock for hours on end. he was tired, but couldn't sleep. but, eventually he knocked out. the next morning, he awoke to the doorbell's ring. now, kid just woke up and didn't want to answer. but he got some coffee, walked to the door, and opened it. "what do you want???" kid said in a long groan. without looking at who was at the door...

"What do you want???" kid said in a long groan. without looking at who was at the door. "I wanted to see if you were free today" now, kid had recognized that voice, kid look at the person in the doorway. "O-Oh! martin. hey, how you doin?" now embarrassed that he hadn't changed, showered, and was just a mess "i'm doing fine." martin was starring at kid "so uh... you free to go out today?" martin asked as he rubbed the back of his neck "oH uH- sure, can I just... I just... Can I... Hold on a second" Kid said as he slowly slid away to change his clothes and de-stinkafy (as one would put it) he came back after a few minutes "I'm free right now" kid said as he walked out of his house "alright then!" martin said blissfully as he started to walk away with kid

"so..." kid looked up at Martin. "yeah?" martin looked back at kid into his eyes, stopping in his own tracks. there seemed to be a somewhat of a beautiful moment between these two teenage boys. "why are you so bubbly today? you're never really like this, Martin" kid said "I don't really know, maybe because..." martin reached into his pocket to reveal 2 stolen movie tickets to the newest Disney film. "I have these two tickets for the Incredibles 2?" he said smugly.

"You stole these?!" kid said in a amazed voice (what?) "yeah...? so?" martin put the tickets back into his pocket as he said that. "yeah its cool, dude." they continued to walk to the movie, where they headed trough a beautiful park, sprinkled with colorful roses and blooming tulips, kid quickly looked at martin then looked away. now, without a thought... martin gently held kid's hand, now at first kid didn't seem to notice, but kid enjoyed it as they walked the rest of the way to the movie

as kid and martin headed into the theater, they decided to Splurdge a bit, get some snacks. (yah know?) they sit next to each-other in the theater and make dorky comments to each-other like "i guess you could say the dumpling is 'steaming' hot" and other cute nerd stuff like that, so on, so forth. After the movie, kid and martin decided to head to the park and talk. "So, what was your favorite part of the movie?" martin said gleefully "probably the UNDERMINER just being there" kid said, "Remember fro the first movie? were syndrome first met the whole par family? i'm pretty sure there last name is par..." kid said as he was kinda confusing himself. martin smiled and laughed, "I should probably get going now." martin said "can i have a hug before you go? just one?" kid said shyly as he looked up at martin. "alright, just one." martin said right before hugging kid so blissfully, you could feel it from a mile away. "see you soon" kid said as martin let go of him.

martin said there goodbyes, waved as they both walked home

(martin's P.O.V.) Martin walked inside his tidy little home, he shut the door behind him then, walked to and ploped onto his couch. Martin starred blankly at his tv, his arms folded behind the couch as he sat with a crooked posture. martin, alone in his living room thought about kid. nothing else filled in the spaces in his mind, just kid. he could feel his face get a bit rosy but he just continued to think: I don't like him, i don't. i really don't. he's my best friend, nothing more. right as martin stood up, he realised he lost his scarf. he started searching, but it was nowhere. he was about to give up when he heard a nock at his door, right before he opened it he looked trough the peep hole.

It was kid, he was holding his cyan scarf. martin opened the door and looked at kid. He was much shorter than the other artist. "hey, kid! how are you?" kid looked at martin " you forgot your scarf at the park." Kid handed the scarf to martin "thanks!" martin took the soft scarf and put it on a coat rack. before kid said anything he started to walk away. martin didn't ask him anything at all.
