LinkI need to talk about something that's been stressing me out. I'm having trouble sleeping, I didn't sleep at all last night because I know this sounds crazy but, I'm scared to die from something crashing into earth and I'm also scared and been contemplating on Earth stuff like am I supposed to be here and stuff and I want to know more of my existence

LinkI've been going really crazy ever since last night I looked out my window just chillin then suddenly for the first time, I saw meteor fall down to earth and I've ever seen one before, But I was terrified at the same time

I just want to tell you something though.
I am suicidal 2.
I tried a few times and that got me into intense therapy in a mental hospital.
While i was there, i started to realise, that even though my life seemed bad, there where others there who had it REALLY bad.
One thing i was taught there was to be positive about everything.
It works.
I dont know how, but my "teacher" (my therapist) told me:
"wake up and go to the mirror and say 'today is going to be a great day'"
And i did.
It works.
I know where you are fam.
I know things are tough rn, but dont give up. :)

LinkI hope you feel better. It is often normal to know more about why your here and your existence and stuff. I have been there I hope your girlfriend gets better and know that a meteor coming and crashing on earth is very low (i think that is what you were scared about idk) And know that people will always be here to support you and you are here for a reason
