Mona is an underrated character- in both standards that I didn't draw her enough, and she wasn't given more broad of a character. She was just... bland. Not to mention she was almost literally the ONLY black character I had in my old series. Not only that- but she gave birth to a WHITE CHILD! (Pretty sure that's legit not even genetically possible-) Like how did I manage to be racist toward my own kind? 😐 I'm gonna leave past me in the past though... There'd be too much to go over with that little girl to be honest 🙄 Anyways... Mona deserves an arc. She deserves a personality. She just needs to be treated better as a character PERIOD. Will I give all that to her?? I got no clue fam 🤷🏽‍♀️ But let this drawing be the start of that at least. With all that being said... I hope you guys like this drawing!
