So its basically a made up mafia group I made a while i ago but never got to it but there called the feather arrows and they all have matching tattoo's of a bird with a arrow going through it their this big mafia that nobody's knows much about but their big and are known to mess up other mafia's, nobody knows who the leader is and nobody's seen the leader. They take up a big part of territory in this city, not a lot of people know how much territory they actually take up but all everyone knows is that its a pretty big portion. The feather arrows normally all have white or blonde hair, so there easy to spot, they normally have there tattoo on there neck or wrist area. There normally not violent a lot of the mafia's in the area dislike this mafia due to them having a history of taking other mafia's territory pretty quickly and messing up other mafia's trades and sneaking into other mafia's to obtain information about certain things There also know to be good liars and very manipulative
