I was in the fifth grade and my friend had a bf and I didnt know her bf so we started hanging out and I got to know him better, I didnt like him well i liked him as a friend and he had a crush on me even though he was with my best friend I wanted to tell her but it would hurt her feelings so I kept it as a secret. I stopped hanging out with him so he would stop having a crush on me and I thought it worked because he stopped talking to me, until I got a note from him. It said "Dear Day, I wish I could break up with your friend so i can be with you love, (insert his name here)" I couldn't keep it a secret anymore and I told her she said that she knew yet she was mad at me because I was hanging out with her bf. I asked her to and everytime she said yes. I explain everything to her and we are still friends
