My mum ate all my potato chips :'(

I’m to scared to vent bc I have social anxiety and am constantly thinking of what people think about me plus the things my friends do like trying to commit suicide, cutting themselves, doing stuff they should NOT be doing at their age. So in general I really am just scared for them and I’m not really good with helping with those things so I feel like I’ll make it worse.
