Found a pixel art online, and then used the flipanim grid to recreate it :)

WDYM- UH UHM Draw a single black block, copy paste that block for the entire outline, combine the blocks onto one layer, use the grid to help color, and then shrink it down so it could fit better. All while looking back and forth at the pixel art for reference
