But I think my answer would be depending on how long my I make it
But most of my loops would be 5-10 frames like this one

sorry if I'm not articulating this well
but in the editor just under the frame selection there's a bar where you can adjust how fast or slow a frame is (50 being the fastest and 1000 being the slowest and the default sits at about 150)

mostly i do it on the default one (150 or somewhere near 150) or 50
I used 50 on this one
I use 50 speed when I use shaking effects
