why do people think menral hospitals are quirky but the second you poke urself in the eye with a pencil and try to knowck ur own teeth out in a fit of rage because youve been trapped in a stupid depressing room with no windows for a week theyll ****in restrain yoj and sedate you and use brute force like yes girlqueen go i had like 6 bruises by the end of that and maybe it was embarrassing that i was rhe one who decided to lose it like that but i honestly dont care it was still a traumatizing and shitty experience

nah cuz i was being like borderline verbally abused by staff theyre so ****in mean for no reason 💀 honestly i feel i came back a different person because it was absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life

they put me in a seclusion room and put me in restraints because i hsd a panic attack and was cryinf when they did the skin check because i have sa relted trauma. that was within the first ****ing hour i had been there
