Ok so I am on spring break rn and I had a very good productive start to my day and such so I wanted to lokey put something into prospective So 1390 calories is what i have had today give or take a bit and that was my breakfast and lunch I had 94 grams of protein My breakfast was two pieces of sausage two eggs scrambled with some cheese And a yogurt bowl with berries non-fat greek yogurt peanut butter and honey Around at 12 in the afternoon I went on a almost 2 mile run I came home and had two bowls of frozen mango All of that is normal healthy behavior for a teenager but people would tell you oh thats too much food and you needed to focus more on this or that So this is just a positive reminder that without my big breakfast I wouldn’t have had the energy to enjoy the warm sunny weather outside and without whats going to be my fire dinner i couldnt go perform my best in the musical im in tonight

Idk if anyone needed to hear this but ik sometimes just seeing other people living healthy while not being like all I ate was one rice cake hehe is helpful <3
