Hey not entirely sure what the context of this is but.
Please don't hurt yourself, I know it may seem to help, ease emotional pain ect, but in the end it just makes you worse physically and emotionally.
Not entirely sure what the whole pill thing means but please take care of yourself and know that no matter how shitty you feel and how much you might feel like no one care for you, there's always someone who care about you.
