1. Leaving for a camp out in Omaha and not knowing if I got everything 2. Thinking I won’t fit in because nobody there’s my age and/or don’t wanna talk to me 3. Waking up at 7:22am when I was supposed to be awake at 7 for school 4. Feeling sick and not knowing if I should tell someone 5. My parents not being home in 3 hours even though they said they’d only be 1 hour And that’s only my major anxiety attacks in the last 3 days (including today) I’ve had many mini panic attacks
