Well I woke up at 6 and it's 10 am and I'm still lying in bed dying so I would say mediocre

Usually it's only small things with my breathing but yesterday I couldn't breath at all for a bit it felt like something haven't was on my chest
(Cutely has breathing issues for years and parents do nothing)
