ty lol, there's no real secret to it honestly. It just comes with time spent having fun drawing, I started drawing seriously in late 2019/ early 2020

I looked at how artists i admired did their anatomy and tried to integrate that into my style. There's no shame in using a reference or even outright tracing as long as it helps you learn and you don't try and pass it off as your own work. It also helps to really sit down and pay attention to how different body parts relate to each-other. Try and get a sort of mental checklist of how the body is proportioned, stuff like the hand being positioned around half way down the thigh, the legs being as long as the torso + head together or the ears lining up with the eyes and nose. Also try and vary the poses you use and from what perspective you draw in. Getting a good sense of how the body looks like in a 3D space is super duper important (although i'm not quite there yet lol)
