Mari Lwyd is a Welsh Christmas Tradition where Mari Lwyd will go around peoples houses and try to gain entry via song and the house occupant has to sing why Mari Lwyd cannot enter and this goes back and fourth till the occupant gives up and then Mari Lwyd gets to raid the cellar/fridge.
