no its ok but im not sure hiw the current owner of my design would feel about you using them. i dont know who owns them either. i can make a custom for you for the troubles but its up to you if you want to keep using them or not ? im not too sure the correct course of action :(
It's alright! I can stop using them from now on because I usually only draw an oc once and never use them again. However, it's up to you if you want to create a custom (If you want to, a surprise would be nice). I don't mind letting go of an design/character. ^_^
