Link(Sorry for bieng late, I really didnt know when you were gonna post or not. And I found myself busy , :D
Yesterday I had to go somewere to collect some manga and after I was done with that I finish am anime and watched 2 of their movies , :D
The day before that i was busy watching things and found myself done for the day. Long story short, sorry I'm late, I know I dont have to say this but I feel like I should apologize , :>)

Looking at this I'm thinking this girl has a double personality. Looking at both of them the one on the left looks shy and the one on the right seems crazy
Looking at it they have the same hair, body structure, and the same face. The only difference between the faces are how the mouth and eyes are. Other than that their the same person lead

One seems shy, inoccent, and frail. While the other ones is crazy, bloodthirsty,and murderous with intent to kill anyone she lays her eyes on.
But, judging by looks aside how are they ,:^
The one on the right might be a genuinely nice person and the one on the left must me a crazy psychopath,who knows?

LinkHey, I don't mind if you're late! My upload schedule is stupid and I don't expect you to somehow follow it. But sounds fun!
And she doesn't have any kind of personality disorder, but she is almost exactly how you described her. She just usually hides her murderous part of her behind her, real as well, shy side of her. Her personality changes alot depending on how much she likes you.

Shes in school one day and encounters Jason, hiding her intent to kill. Jason's in another one of his moods and gets on her nerves. Then when they're the only ones in the classroom, for some reason. She shows her murderous side surprising Jason. But what would jason do? ?,:^?

LinkWell, If she showed her murderous side, he would die. Her power is killer voice. She is mute except for when she wants to kill, then she talks. Even her making a noise like 'uh-huh' can make people in pain. (Not dead tho) As long as they hear her, they'll either be in pain or dead. So Jason better be careful. ;)
