I don't think that's how it works, but okay. Also, oxygen didn't actually exist for billions of years. It was only hydrogen and helium, that made stars. Oxygen, and many other elements, were created when the first stars went through novae and supernovae.
For a genies lamp so I get 3 wishes instead of one and then wish for 10. Then use them carefully with no limits
