Which I'm not asking for because that's a personal thing. I think ppls brains just haven't developed enough to actually think about a lot of the things [including traumatic] they're going through.

And that's a thing you can think and reflect on to try and find ways to make it less terrifying. Everything is going to be scary but there's always going to be good things on a bad day right?
