Im surprised it turned out the way it did, this is my first time trying a red/blue filter like that :P
i freaking love the filter on this, and its pretty easy to make too
ok,
so i copy paste the line twice, color one red and one blue, erase both with a 0.5 opacity, and then move them slightly from the original line
yea, but you wanna make sure that the black line is on top, and make em alittle closer together

Ok, so I have a few steps that it takes
finish your line art
copy paste, and fill the line with black, and use the paint bucket to paint and color it, copy paste the colored layer and shade using black with opacity 0.1-0.5
then take your original line (the one you didn't fill to make it thicker and smoother) and copy paste it twice, color one red and one blue and erase with 0.5 opacity, then position them very close to the original line (FWI BLACK HAS TO BE ON TOP)
