Oh, I've never been through this kind of situation so I'm not sure how to really help. Maybe try getting them both in the same room your most likely comfortable in or something like that. You could start off slowly, Maybe stuff on youtube could help you a bit actually. I'm really no help at all, but there are lots of people who support you! :)
Well, I didn't mean it like that way, I'm straight for one, and my parents know. I meant the kind of "helping others explain to their parents their sexuality" but in a good way.

Here’s the story at first I didn’t know what lesbian meant and my friend started calling me a lesbian and then I told my mom I was lesbian then I’m bi and now I’m back to lesbian

Bisexual: you like both genders.

Just liking girls itself doesn't make you a lesb
You have to have a sexual relationship with a girl
For a young person like you, that may sound nasty
Bisexual is liking both genders and having a relationship
with them (and/or called AC/DC)
You might not understand this at your age,
