Like last night it was me confronting my dad and someone i really care about hurting themself i cant keep going through this everytime i sleep because its freaking me the **** out

Its making me so much more paranoid than usual

I cant save everyone and its really really scary i just want to help everyone i want everyone to be ok but thej they say im trying too hard or i should just give up
