I once fell from my bike and hurt myself very much, i know what you mean. We have a desinfection thingy (i dont know if that exists in your country) which doesnt burn, if you have another one than put that on. If it gets like yours right now, yellow like egg yolk, you should see a doctor, my wounds were yellow too because i first didnt visit a doctor.
