If you really think you are not improving let me give you a tip.
If you really want to improve use references. Try differnt drawings you like. You can also try fusing all the styles you referenced with your style too. But if you find a referenced style you like you can keep drawing in that style without using the original ref and it will start to form a style of your own. And if you think it really looks good it can give you motivation to draw more and more. And if it doesent look good at first fuse it with a differnt style. (Thats how I made a very cringy anime style look descent)
