aight so you know tolly, the traffic cone bird guy i recently made? well, justme made a dragon oc that also had a traffic cone head. pomegranate kinda called justme out, saying they were character stealing, but it wasn't. here's why. traffic cone heads are nothing new. while yes, the idea of a traffic cone bird was my idea, the cone oc idea as a whole isnt my idea; nobody's really the sole creator of it, therefore making a cone oc isnt stealing as long as the rest of the character is original. if you think an object head oc might be stolen or ripped off, always look at the body. if its not similar, then its not stolen. if it is, then chances are that its a rip off. i just wanted to point this out. i don't mean to shame anyone or stir drama.
