Tips: just don't frickin draw boobs until you're comfortable looking at actual naked lady references, tiddy and all. Head probably should be a bit smaller, actually. On female figures the shoulders are usually hip width, sometimes the hips are smaller if the character isn't that sexualized. Generally use your own body as a reference, if you need to draw an elbow bend your arm or something. I'd recommend drawing more androgynous characters (gender neutral) to get a hang of basic anatomy before adding tits, or a thicc butt or abs or anything. And you really don't have to go all out on the sexed traits on characters, I mean you can... If you want... But it just makes it all the more likely it looks very unrealistic. If you want more realistic anatomy don't be extreme with traits like that
