my best friend is being abused by her family and had a melt down in my room
I can't deal with that
It's hard,,
I can't deal with life,,
it's after school and all my friends have to leave
I can't talk to my mom because I don't want her... I love her but it's hard for me to talk to my parents

LinkI need you to take some deep breaths. Tell your friend to tell someone so she can get a better family because it can kill her by the pain or her being done with the pain. I need you to think about the people and things that keep you alive and happy.
