Maybe trying different angles? You also seem to make characters face a certain direction, so maybe mix it up? And maybe anatomy/ poses as well? Also backgrounds, and for humans or any other creatures, species, etc, try drawing more full bodies? Poses can say much mire to a character than just the face, like slouching or having a dignified pose. Idk, sorry.
