Hello! This is kinda a bio for my character... so here it is (btw I am a huge undertale fangirl! Thats what my character is based off of!) 69 was apart of a illegal experiment. (She was made after the monsters got free of the curse) She has no soul so can not be killed easily, The only people that have the power to kill her... She was made to steal and destroy but the people that made her lost control of her and she became a real living monster.
