I constantly scratch and pick my acne or my face, arms, and shoulders so that is NOT good
Sometimes I have sprites where I pick at my acne for a good hour or so
Idk I may be overreacting I may not be
I need some advice ;-;

Ok, so I'm going to give my opinon as someone who deals with chronic skin picking.
To me, it sounds like you do. I have ADHD and OCD, and I'm always picking at the skin on my lips, ears, and fingers. It's not good, it hurts and sometimes it bleeds, but I can't stop it.
When you talked about just picking for an hour, I get it. There are times where I zone out and just pick at my skin for a long time, and can't stop.
What you decribed sounds a lot like my experince, so I think you might. It's hard to stop, but I could give some suggestions.
try putting tape or bandaids on your finger so you cant use them to pick.
Put healing lotion or medicne on your acne and wounds from picking. Maybe find something to fidgit with?
