Okay let’s see-
Karma: -she was a little buzzed, and lost, after her friends left her at a party passed out she wandered around looking for the nearest road, instead finding an abandoned home and knocking on the door just to make sure no one was there-
Karma: -she thought it was just a raccoon and walked inside, calling out and looking around- “H-Hellooo? Anyone home? D-Do- y-you have a phone?”
Karma: -she stared in that spot for a minute, wondering if it was just the shots she had earlier or something, looking around for maybe a kitchen phone-
A huge creature reared up behind her, it looked normal, until it opened its mouth that went all the way into its neck, screeching, and its dark voids for eyes were terrifying.
Karma: -she started in awe, not sure whether or not to be scared or laugh, maybe her friends followed her and played a joke? Although looking in those pits, she fell back, starting to cry, although she couldn’t help but to chuckle..if it’s not her friends..is this really how she was gonna die? Abandoned..lost and alone?-
Karma: -she hicced, trying to back away. Scrambling up and trying to run, cutting her leg on a piece of glass and falling back to ground, sliding on the floor and holding the wound and whimpering- “P-Ple-please..”
The creature sniffed at her, then scampered a few feet away, it seemed to be more scared of her than she was of it.
Karma: -she winced as she tried to crawl away, she wanted some distance to at least give herself some reassurance- “S-Sta-Ah back-“
Karma: -she whined and pulled herself up, wiping her tears and tearing her sweater off, despite the cold, she had a tank top underneath tho..trying to wrap her leg- “J-Just s-stay- th-there”
The creature moved back, even though it was much bigger, it was still afraid.
Karma: -she winced, trying not to cry as she watched the creature, she knew that as long as she seemed bigger it wouldn’t get any closer, her tail wrapping around her- “W-What- what are you?”
It couldn't speak, only make sounds, and pointed at a tag on it's neck that said "Subject X1: XER0."
Karma: -she couldn’t really see, crawling up to read the tag, tilting her head- “hmm..okay- XER0..”
Karma: -she had a thought,,her cat did that when they first met, smiling gently and putting her hands down, just so the creature could sniff or examine or whatever it needed to do to get a little more comfortable with her, her tail sorta wagging- “I-I wo-won’t hurt you”
XER0 approached her, confused, he was an absolute monster, why would she want to interact with him? He sniffed and looked at her curiously, but cautiously.
Karma: -she thought of how her cat might be doing at home, relaxing slightly at the thought of cuddling with him once more, she giggled softly at the sniff..to be fair if she was sober..she’d piss herself but she wasn’t. So this was easier- “Y-You don’t h-have to be afraid..”
Karma: -she sat beside the fluff, offering her hand for XER0 to sniff, brushing her hair out of her face-
XER0 sniffed her hand, tilting his head, then lay his head down, he suddenly looked weak.
Karma: -she looks at the fluff, worried, reaching in to pet- “H-Hey w-what’s wrong?”
Karma: -she didn’t know what was wrong with the floof, shifting through her mostly empty bag, her friends had stolen her phone and keys, most of her cash too, but she had a nutri grain bar, offering it to the floof- “H-Hungry? I-I think I-I heard your tummy.,”
XER0 sniffed at the bar, before taking it in his mouth and devouring it in a single swift bit.
Karma: -she chuckled awkwardly, looking around and getting up, limping as she walked around..maybe there was some food somewhere- “H-Hold on XER0..I-I’ll tr-try to find you something”
Karma: -she whimpered, not finding much, though there was a box of stale pop tarts in a cupboard, quickly bringing it to the bby-
XER0 was staring at a wall, wincing once in a while when starvation pains hit hard.
Karma: -she opened the packets and pressed the pop tarts up to the beans mouth- “C-Cone on hun..I-I know it hurts-“
XER0 took the pop tarts, it didnt go down easy, but it went down, and would suffice until they could find what really sustained him, meat.
Karma: -she rubbed the boys cheek, he was scary yes..but she felt sympathetic for him, trying to rus h around, maybe they had a freezer in the garage? She looked around more and coincidentally there was! Her tail wagging, it was covered in flies and stunk, honestly she didn’t wanna go near it, trying to get floof y boi to follow her- “XER0! XER0 come here! I-I thin-k I found something!”
Karma: -she tried to help him over, smiling gently- “T-There you g-go big boy! You got this- atta boy, you’re almost there,,” -she liked this distraction, whenever something happened she always ignored it with something strange, but this..this was just..unnatural. Not that she was complaining-
Karma: -she rubbed his head, opening up the freezer and throwing what she could to him, hoping it could help- “S-Some of t-this is bad s-so I won’t give you that.,”
XER0 ate what he was given, he was starving, and gobbled it all down in no time.
Karma: -the last thing she got that was good was a chicken, putting it in front of him and crouching beside him, watching him so he wouldn’t choke- “S-Slow d-down- I know you’re hungry..”
XER0 bit into the chicken, all ten rows of sharp teeth doing their job and shredding it into edible bits.
Going to bed <3
Karma: -she let him gently, not wanting to scare him too bad with a straight up hug, mumbling softly- “Y-You mus-must’ve been scared..I-I’m sorry n-no one was here to protect you…f-for what happened to you..I-if you’ll allow m-me I’d like to get you someplace s-safe and cozy…with lots of food too of course”

Karma: -she smiled gently, rubbing the bois face, she wanted to keep him safe- “I-If y-you can help me, I’m looking for a p-phone or someone with one”

XER0 stood up again, he was still weak, but he managed to walk into a different room and chirped for Karma to follow.

Karma: -she followed the boy, hoping he’d at least have enough energy to get out of here, her tail slightly wagging- “Y-You know where o-one is?”
XER0 nodded and pointed to an old but working landline phone on the wall.
Karma: -she nodded and gave him some ear rubs, calling her ex cuz he’s the only one who’d pick her up and not ask questions about the monster, plus he had a truck so XER0 could fit-
XER0 wagged his crude tail at the petting, and sat down because he felt weak.
Karma: -once she got off the call she huffed and sat down beside him, leaning on him- “H-He knows where the party was but since I walked a-around it’s gonna be a little while..I-I’m sorry there isn’t more food bud”
XER0 made a huff sound that most likely meant 'its ok', then lay down on the floor.
Karma: -she gave him more rubs before shifting her focus to her leg, it stung. She was able to ignore it earlier out of pure adrenaline but now that she knew someone was coming..she couldn’t help but to focus on the pain- “I-I hope h-he’ll find us soon..”
XER0 sniffed at the wound, and bit down on her leg, oddly, it healed instead of hurt.
Karma: -she whimpered in fear, trembling, but when she saw it herald she smiled- “o-oh wow..”
Karma: -she crawled up closer, snuggling him and holding him protectively- “Y-You m-must be exhausted p-poor thing…I’ll watch y-you, just rest now”
XER0 fell into a deep sleep, his arms and tail semi morphing once in a while.
Karma: -she whimpered and waited, dozing off as well-
a certain white haired hell hound sniffed her out and found the abandoned home, shivering a bit as he walked inside quietly
Dante: -he had an off putting feeling about him, walking in and passing the creature, picking up the girl with ease and putting her on his back, glaring down at the floof..- “You comin?” -basically a stranger came in, took the gal, and wanted him to follow-
Dante: -he let out an annoyed huff, he knew she wouldn’t allow him to leave the floof, reaching to grab him, surprisingly strong- “I don’t have time for this..”
XER0 roared and slammed Dante down, he was stronger and was provoked, he didn't trust this stranger.
Dante: -he growled loudly, protecting karma from any possible harm, he was about to bite back when he heard a small noise from underneath him, his ears pinning back as he immediately pulled her up to keep her safe- “I- god- are you okay bun?”
Karma: -she whimpered, reaching out to hopefully calm the floof- “H-Hey hey! I-It’s o-okay!”
Karma: -she quickly scrambled up to flooofy boy, hugging him tightly- “H-He’s not g-gonna hurt y-you okay? I-I’m here bubbas..”
Karma: -she took his paw in her hand and smiled, nodding to the wolf boi who understood that he had to keep his distance, the gal trying to lead floof out- “C-Come on hun..”
Dante: -he shoved his hands in his pockets as he started walking out and leading the way, glancing back to pace himself with the two-
Karma: -once she saw the truck she led him up to it pushing him in- “G-God I can’t wait to get hommmeee!”
Karma: -she hopped into the passengers seat, watching the wolf put his hand on her thigh, the girl slightly moving his hand away awkwardly- “L-Let’s g-get going yea?”
Dante: -his ears pinned back and he pouted a bit, huffing and starting up the car, driving out to the road-
Karma: -she was humming softly, glancing back to her floof and smiling, reaching to pat him when her wrist was grabbed, causing her to flinch, her already small voice sounding like a fearful sneak now- “W-What d-did I-I do- something wrong?”
Dante: -he sighed, he seemed to do that a lot, pushing her back into her seat correctly, focusing back on the road..his hand didn’t move tho- “You're gonna hurt yourself..”
Karma: -she whimpered and nervously messed with her hair- “S-Sorry…h-he just- looks like he’s in pain..”
Dante: -he gave her a side glare, which immediately shut her up, turning his attention back to the road, they seemed close because they were turning into a spaced out neighborhood- “Just wait till you get there..”
They were brought up to a home covered in ivy and roses, garden gates at the front door to a two story little home, nice and cozy
Karma: -her tail wagged when she got close, it’d been a while since she cuddled her cat, and she wanted to water her vegetables and fruits in the back, somewhat forgetting about the baby in the back
I don’t think I’ve ever met a person who liked doing them.
