I’m so worn out hhhh I keep almost passing out- hh like my eyes rollback and my body goes num and I have to prop myself up b4 I fall over 😭 like this always happens 😭😭😭 I’m so tired I finally been getting some sleep and that’s already painful enough it’s not even helpful- now I have to keep myself from bashing my head in from falling over- it’s gets hard to walk bc of this 😤😤
