From your ocs experiences she’s awfully sweet and honestly just has a really bad drug addiction and gets into horrible relationships with people who usually cause her to end up in all the bandages she’s always in, she’s in huge debt to your ocs company because of how often she pays with a…”good night” instead of money…your oc sees her monthly and she always comes up with an excuse to get out of payment
But..whether it be because your oc has a soft spot or because they think she’s pretty or something..they stupidly go easy on her
So much so they created a mutual relationship with the gal..
One night your oc was doing some calculations in their office or something..and they heard screaming outside along with gunshots, then..complete silence. Their doorknob rattled and before your

Mel stared at Karma for a second, a usually apathetic man now feeling true unease. Although, his pride wouldn't stand for it. He tried his best to keep his usual uncaring face as he asked with hesitation,
"What's wrong...? Why do you have blood all over you?"

Karma: -she kept the same smile on her face and leaned in a bit closer, but pulled her hands away, adverting her eyes and sighing- “How awful~ n-not even a hello?”

"Well..." He stumbled on his words for a split second, this sudden situation feeling very surreal "Hi...? Normally I WOULD say hi, but something is clearly off with you today..."
He paused, staring into her eyes and honestly feeling a shiver up his spine,
"Wh...What happened..?"

Karma: -she licked her bloody lips, her canine teeth seemed more apparent now than ever, usually during their talks it’d be the last thing you’d think of…that she’d eat people. But now..more than ever it’s like it was the only thing to watch out for. She giggled softly and trailed her fingers up his chest and stopping at his neck- “What d-do you think h-happened..?~”

He became even more nervous, very visibly this time. With somewhat of a grimace, he didnt want to do anything to jeapordize his relationship with her just yet. I mean, they knew each other relatively well and this could all perhaps just be a misunderstanding.
Or that was what he was telling himself.
So, he proceeded with an answer,
"C-Clearly... uhm... something not good?
Were you attacked by someone?"

karma: -she stared down at him like he was stupid or something before scoffing and hopping off his desk, walking behind him quietly before whispering in his ear and taking his chair- “How a-about we go check~”

His nerves settled only slightly when Karma had gotten up, but not by very much.
"...Alright then..." He hesitated once more, standing up from the chair.
A hint of him was pissed, not wanting to be looked upon as dumb.
But with how Karma was acting right now, even his prideful side wasnt stupid enough to speak up about it.

Karma: -she watched him stand and her eyes darted to the door, her hand signaling a sort of ‘after you’ kinda thing, her grin grew wider at the tension she felt in the air, but being in this much power just felt..unnaturally natural for her..something she’d probably not experienced in a while-

He headed for the door and grabbed the knob. Making the realization his hand was slightly trembling. He hadnt done such an action in years, but he couldn't help it.
In a blatant attempt to hide it, he took his other hand and slammed it down on top, just obviously very casually opening a door with two hands, as you do.
He couldn't let Karma know her body language and tone was truly getting to him.
He turned the door knob and opened it, honestly prepared to see something bad.

And of course there was something bad..something sickeningly horrid, something rotten and vile…gunshots still smoking in the walls, stringy limbs hanging from the ceiling and painted across the floor, a large pool of blood forming from underneath a pile of torn ligaments, the lights were broken and a single light in the corner of the room lit up the scene..and god..that smell
Karma: -it felt like she came out of nowhere the way she whispered into his ear, now that he was on his feel he stood a great amount taller than her, giving any… unknowing grown man a since of security, but no..he knew her better than that. She had plastered on that same innocent look she used when she was getting chewed out for being behind on the monthly pay, looking at him with her big ruby eye- “Y-You know, I as-asked nicely at first, b-but they said you were b-busy!”
Mel had seen horrors in his day, but nothing like this.
It took him back as he audibly gasped, he didnt mean to but it felt like reflex.
He could only help but stare.
He didn't care about the workers he had out there, he didnt even know their names.
But god the sight of all of it felt fake. Like there was no way he was looking at any of this.
His breathing was shaky until he spoke again.
"Wh-Why did you need to t-tear th... uh-"
His voice cracked slightly in fear and he quickly placed his hand over his mouth.
All while during this not taking his eyes away from the awful scene in front of him. He officially stood at a loss for words.
Karma: -she scoffed, walking in his view and looking at him, the innocence in her eyes didn’t feel so innocent anymore, more of..obsessive? Doll like? An overall glazed look in her eyes as she backed him into a wall, adjusting the gloves on her hand- “W-What’s wrong, you seem t-to have no t-trouble leaving your clients l-like this?~”
But the truth is mans a big softie in disguise 😭
"Uhm!" He stuttered once more, "Yeah... I-I know... but I dont believe Ive ever done anything this..." He choked out the last word- "Extreme."
In a last attempt to save face for the man he was supposed to be, he added on with a very fake apathetic attempt, "Its not like I even knew any of them personally." He said his words slowly as to not stutter again.

Karma: -she scoffed and grabbed his face with one hand, her other running up his stomach and stopping at his chest, letting out a shaky excited sigh, like she’d been holding back something way deeper than excitement, suppressing ecstasy- “Ha~ t-that’s funny~ you know..i-I’ve been waiting sooo long~ Just for thi-this day”
The more enjoyment Karma got out of this, the more fear instilled in Mel.
He felt vulnerable, which was his least favorite way to feel tbh.
Every siren in his head was blaring to fckin run but he just stood there.
He got the feeling no matter if he stayed or tried to leave he wouldnt come out of this unscathed.
He still wondered what in the world happened to Karma for her to be acting like this.
But aside from that he had a bigger curiosity, so he asked,
"For... wh-what day? What... happens today...?"
Karma: -she laid her head on his chest, letting go of his face and wrapping her hands around and behind his waist..was this a hug? She usually was so afraid of being so close to someone but obviously today was different, she spoke softly, her body aching as her words broke, suppressing tears..god this woman was an emotional roller coaster- “I-I finally..g-get to e-end this..”
"...What?" He muttered under his breath.
He relaxed slightly, but not really.
He tried to calm and slow his heart rate because now that she was against his chest she could probably hear how fast his heart was actually going 💀
His first instinct was to hug her back, and as a former father, he adopted a soft tone he hadnt used in years, trying to be comforting,
"End what? What's wrong, Karma?"
Karma: -she hated this, feeling babied once more, that’s what she came here for right? To prove to him everyone deserves this treatment but, something in her just..stung, she knew what she needed to do, and in a matter of seconds she stuck her pocket knife, the one she kept on the holster on her thigh..right into his stomach, pushing it deeper..turning it slightly. His torso was now soaking in two different fluids now. Tears.and blood- “I-I’m s-so- s-so-sorry”

Mel gasped again. He let his arms fall to his sides, genuinely hurt more emotionally than physically.
Mel was a type of guy who tried his best to keep his friends close.
And what was worse was he didnt even know what he did wrong for Karma to want to do such a thing.
He tried to speak,

It wasn't a matter of him being unable.
He just couldnt think of anything to say.
But he very shakily managed the one question he had from the beginning of this,

He couldnt help how much it hurt. Of all people to do this and betray him. Why her.
He noticed his eyes watering and he felt just as weak and small.
He legs started to give way as he had troubke still holding himself up.
But he at least didnt want to die without an answer.

Mel became even more distraught as that was such a vague answer.
He stumbled backwards as he hit his desk, now using his hands to hold onto his stomach where he had been stabbed.
He dropped to the floor, propped up against the desk.
He looked down at his torso and seethed.
He then looked up at her, clearly trying to hold back tears.
If it were anybody else, he wouldntve felt this way.
But he saw Karma as somewhat of a daughter. Someone he knew he could trust.
This was the most unsatisfying way to go.
He hadnt feared death up until now because he didnt know death would be so bitter.
"H-Had to....?" He spoke weakly again.

Karma: -she fell down to her knees, she looked stunned by what she’d done, she didn’t even blink, just let her tears run, bringing her trembling bloody hands up to her view, her lip starting to tremble as well and she tensed up- “I-I’m so-sorry I’m so-so sorry!”

It hurt Mel even more that Karma was saddened as well. He just let his emotions go and the tears that clouded his vision flowed down his face. He held back any sound, lifting up a hand and covering his face.
He didn't want to make this harder for her, because it already seemed like a lot.
"Its... I-Its ok, Karma." He looked at her with a very weak smile.
He wished to god hed at least die faster, so it wouldnt be as agonizing,

Karma: -she visibly crumbled at those words, it wasn’t okay. The only man she’d grown to trust in years, someone who cared for her, made sure she was healthy..her heart ached. She quickly fell onto him, sobbing loudly as she held him, trying to cover the wound best she could,,no matter how much trouble she’d get in if ‘he’ came in-
Mel put an arm around her, desperately wanting to stay awake, but he could feel himself going.
He knew no matter how much he wanted to fix this he wasn't going to make it.
"I..." He was just barely audible, trying so hard to speak loudly, but blood filled in his mouth left his throat hoarse.
"I-I'm sorry... if I d-did anything wrong... for you to have t-t-to do this..." He sobbed. As much as he wanted to reassure her, it hurt him too much.
His breathing began to slow.

Karma: -she shut down completely, everything drowned out, all sounds, smells, feelings, just the sight of blood and the sweet taste of it inside her mouth. She clung to him harder and rested her head on his shoulder- “I-I’m s-so sor-sorry- I’m so-sorry sorry daddy I’m so-sorry”

No she sniffled and snuggled in deeper, her body shaking and her tears of denial running rivers down her red cheeks, she couldn’t really think of anything other than..he cared? Karma: -she smeared blood into his beard as she pulled her hands away, letting out an annoyed sigh- “Y-You really a-aren’t scared huh?”
Karma: -she chuckled softly and brushed some hair out of her face, moving herself to look down at his work, tsk’ing at the amount of paperwork and looking back up at him with cold eyes- “And Y-You never s-stop working huh, o-old man?”
Karma: -she chuckled softly and took the page from underneath her, raising it to her face before tearing it in half, her tone dipped a bit out of anger- “Do s-stuff like what huh? Bring people l-like me further down? And here I-I was starting to like you a-a bit..”
Karma: -she sifted her hands through her pockets before grabbing a card from her pocket, it was his card… and she looked at him dead in the eyes- “T-They’d all w-would’ve b-been well off without you..”

Karma: -she placed her boot on his chest, looking at him in absolute disgust- “Y-You’re pathetic old m-man.”
Karma: -she kicked him onto the floor pretty harshly, her signature black dress that to,d anyone she was out for a long night flowing with her movement, pinning him to the ground by keeping her foot at him- “I-I want y-you to beg!”
Karma: -she ground her foot deeper into his chest, her heel piercing his skin- “Beg f-for your life! F-For y-you to go home to y-your bed! To y-your family! To g-go back to something s-sone of your clients w-will never see again!!”

Mateo may have grabbed each of her wrists but didn’t give the effort to remove them. He tilted his head to take another glance of just how much damage she had caused to his office and men. Sighing, he looked at her again “do you know how hard it is to get men for these jobs?”

Karma: -her wrist we’re always wrapped in bandages, they never got into too much detail as to what was underneath them, so when a wince escaped her mouth he knew that whatever damage was underneath was recent. She looked at him trying to keep her composure despite the sting. “A-Ah- I-is it r-really t-that much of a h-hassle?~”
He let go of her wrist and took a step back. He seemed to ponder, though after a couple of seconds he kneeled down to pick up his papers off the floor but still continued to talk within conversation. “Yes it is” he stood up and made his way around the desk to a drawer that contained rags and first aids. “ it’s also a hassle when you’ve got a client in much debt in which you’ve gotta add onto her debt for how many men she’s killed and the damage she’s caused, and when you’ve got to clean up the blood from the office and now have to make sure this very person site still long enough so you can tend to her wounds.” He now held the first aid and new clean bandages. He looked down to her arms and then her eyes, hinting for her to take off the old bandages.

Karma: -she looks at him, then down at her wrist. Her heart throbbed, feeling a tinge of guilt but trying to play it off like she was still a complete badass. She huffed and took off her bandages, her wrists were covered in rotten blood and half healed scabs from burns so deep that someone could easily stick their finger inside. She adverted her eyes and offered her wrists- “I-If it’s such a-a hassle why w-would you react so nonchalantly?”
He ignored her obnoxious behavior and started treating the injuries. “ because there’s no reason to get mad unless it’s for a good reason. Men are replaceable. Even so, you are going to be responsible for cleaning the blood off my desk and floors. It’s sticky, messy, and it’s just a pain to clean up.” He finished up the bandages. “Cabron you didn’t even spare me the kindness of setting up and appointment or at least a heads up.” He held one of her hands leading her to sit down in his chair. “Let’s get you cleaned up as well.” He started rubbing the blood off her body and face with a rag. “Would you like to talk about where those gashes came from?”
Karma: -she fell quiet, growing to hate him each and every second he cared for her..or at least that’s what she told herself. Tears starting to well up in her eyes. She looked at him, her eyes had softened as he gently rubbed the blood off her skin. She tensed up when he got closer to her face and backed away, not allowing him any chance. Memories came flooding back, and when she got quiet like this he knew it was most likely a relationship gone bad-
Mateo had handed her the rag and went to lean on the wall. He lit a fag and took a couple of puffs. “So what brings you here? Trying to take control of at least someone’s life? You and I both know you aren’t in control of your own.” His eyes shifted making firm eye contact. “ either you are going to be here to kill me, pay your debt, talk, or die so what will you be ordering from my options today? You know not many people have the option to talk. It’s quite interesting really. I can’t afford to be caring and yet I do. And yet again it bothers you. Why is that?”
Karma: -she brought her hand up to her face, wiping the blood off of her face with the rag, setting it down on the desk before standing up abruptly.ignoring his words and hesitantly approaching him, she seemed angry enough to slap him, but instead she rested her head on his chest and took his hands, hesitantly bringing them up to her face-
He pulled away. Going into the cabinet to grab some wine. “You aren’t stable. You’ve lost a lot of blood, you’ve just killed many people, are making the insanely imbecilic attempt to get closer to me and are getting emotional. Go home love. We can keep in touch when you make an actual appointment. Though for now you probably need rest.” He made his way to the door and opened it for her.
Karma: -she watched him, biting her lip, shaking. She hesitantly shook her head no and fearfully hid under his desk. She couldn’t go out. Not without finishing the job first right? No. She had to stay put. It didn’t matter how he made her feel safe, she wouldn’t feel “safe” ever again if she failed. She stayed put under the desk and sighed shakily, if he was gonna drag her out she’d make sure he’d have a hard time-
He let out a deep sigh yet again of frustration. “It’s weird you are close to my age yet you act like this… well I’m going to make my way home. You can stay here I guess.” He started grabbing his coat and belongings. As he was about to walk through the door he stopped at the entrance “if I return and you are still here…i will hurt you.” He continued to walk after this.
Karma: -the threat rang in her ears and she gulped, she’d take a moment to calm down before running over and quiet literally tackling him, the bandages around her neck came loose as she tugged at it, showing him the deep hand marks around her throat and looking at him with begging eyes- “Y-You h-have t-to stay o-or he’ll hurt y-you!!!”
His reflexes kicked in. He pulled her arm, pushed her back down to the ground and held her other arm behind her back. “Honey… darling…you see I run a pretty tight business here. As I said just now. I’ll be going home. And thank you for caring but not a man has scratched me since I was much younger.” He let go. He pulled her back up on her feet and kissed the back of her hand. “If you would like to follow and stay close than be my guest but I don’t hesitate to kill you if you try anything rash”
Karma: -she yelped at the action, and as soon as he let go she rubbed her arm. She looked down at her hand and then down at his. She had no choice right! Protecting him or killing him would get her hurt anyway right? She made a choice of her own for the first time in a while, choosing to stay by his side and never go back to that selfish bastard. She nodded hesitantly and her hands trembled as she offered her hand for him to take and lead the way, but pulled back when she realized who she was offering-
“There would be no point in killing me now. You have a lot to pay and that’s not how these things work. If you’ve had issues with leaders doing that before then they are pretty shitty leaders. But then again who am I to try to convince you to follow? Hehe. Your walls are high…though I can’t blame you.” He continued to walk through the rest of the building, picking up some cases on the way. “Jesus Christ did you kill EVERYONE?”
Karma: -she visibly winced at his words, keeping close behind him and avoiding eye contact. Right now the smell of blood was driving her crazy, all she needed to do was get out without eating..too much. Deciding to focus on his voice in order to keep her head. Whispering short pained answers- “ I-im s-sorry- sir..”
I might give this a try-
*the brunet was only halfway out of his chair before Karma invited herself in and for once he was actually caught off guard by her, mostly because of the sadistic grin she displayed. It really made him wonder if that sweeter side of herself was just a facade of some sort but he knew better than to go assuming things, he was also denying how he had a soft spot which he so foolishly grew for her. The man’s eyes followed her with a tired look to them as she approached, his eyes only left her for a moment to put down his cigarette but his action was interrupted when she cupped his face making his emerald green eyes move back to her with a rather relaxed expression* coming to my office without making an appointment? How scandalous, Ms. Akise. What would security think? *he knew full well they were dead and he’d probably be next if he provoked her*
Karma: -her tail flicked at his teasing tone, she was interested, and he could tell anytime she was because her tail ALWAYS gave her away. She narrowed her eyes before giving him a scoff, leaning in close enough to whisper into his ear, her hand running down his cheek past his neck and stopping at his tie a little..too slowly AYO KARMA WAIT N- "S-Scandalous?~ i-i can show you what that r-really means~"
Beto: *the closer she got the more she could smell the scent cigarettes on him, the man frankly wasn’t surprised that it got her attention given the things he heard about her ways of payment and how he knew it got her attention? Well her tail of course, he could read her like a book that way. He sat back down and folded his hands with a smirk forming of his face as he raised a brow* but..you can’t show “scandalous” to a man who’s dead, now can you?
Karma: -she knew the smell well, anytime she’d get close to him her senses were full of it. She noticed him folding his hands and rested her chin on his shoulder, licking a small portion of his neck as a teasing and whispering- “I-I bet I-I could try- h-how does that sound mister B-Beto?~”
