Flames are more of the mythical side of the Evolution thingy. Though how they do it is that the sweat in the skin is changed so it has similar properties to gasoline, and they use their sharp flint like teeth to light a spark, and no they do not eat or produce saliva so they usually do not last long unless the parasite is removed. These are usually results of Pyromaniacs and people who work in mines.
