I just watched this video on how bending your arms, moving your device, ,, ,,,, ,, and not keeping them straight means your lungs will eventually collapse and I feel very uncomfortable doing that

Keeping them completely straight probably leans more to damaging my limbs than my organs.

And I can't ****ing see the text on the screen I have really bad eyesight
