I honestly don't feel like I'll be alive much longer. whether it's from suicide, natural causes or murder, I can just feel my life slipping away. I've waited far too long to get help, but if you're struggling with mental/physical health problems- there is help available. Please don't end up the same as I am. There's still hope.
