If I wanted to be rude, I'd have been rude. I'm just saying, it doesn't work with the overall style of the piece. It's largely simplistic and flat, but the hair looks too complex. Also, the shine doesn't look natural. If you do use lighting again, try and think where the light is comingt from.

So uh okay What Pablo said was going to be the main point, like that hair style really contrasts with the main style of the drawing and it just doesn't look good when it clashes that much. Secondly, because you used such a dark color for the strands it makes the hair look really dark which might not have been your intent. And the lighting is REALLY BRIGHT. It looks like someone directed a spotlight ton her because it's so bright. It'd probably look more neutral if you used a color like the darkest grey before it gets into black, it requires more color layers but it looks better in the end.

Also, the fact that it goes from dark in some spots to really light in others makes it seem extra reflective and kind of oily and gross..
