well, you could feel connections to animals, phantom shifts sometimes (not always) like feeling if parts of an animal were on you sometimes like I get teeth shifts and ear shifts. I usually get a feeling when I'm outside or something. I found out by simply going outside one day and feeling something it was a tail shift and a paw shift it was weird I found out a month later what therians were I now have 6 theriotypes! But it is different for other people. Sometimes it dosent even happend it isnt really a choice tbh
