The Deck of many things is a magical Tarroka deck(tarroka being basically tarot cards) it has a multitude of differernt things it can do from making people rich or giving them whatever they want to death also you seem to be doing better

i also just realised that if i made an oc using the Deck of many amber would probably chase their ass but the idea with the shapeshifter fortuneteller is that they travel from place to place, either giving good cards or horrible cards depending on the mood, or just how well the person asking treats them but they shapeshift as to not get caught if they piss off the wrong people

Deck of the many is an extremly powerful item, i mean you can wish for anything from it, if you draw the right card i feel like a megalomaniac like Amber would want something like that ye now i need a name and to figure out which color shapeshifter would best fit this character
