mouthless wolf who like murdering. people he is telepathic and uses telepathy to speak to peeps. he's super sweet and never means to kill anyone, he just says that hey can just rewind their clock. because some wolves believe he once came back from heaven, Scope is a big suspicion to many truth-seekers or scientists, and just about everyone else. Scope likes to use the catchphrase "snug as a bug on a drug" which I think he got from the horror game "We Happy Few" but I'm not sure.
