We know that, but the system doesn't. Multiple black people, and asians, have been shot by police, murdered, etc, and nobody has arrested the police or punished them. Black people and asians are currently being treated unfairy- people see "white" as normal- it's of course, not normal, because every skin tone and race are normal. Again, black people and asians are being treated unfairly, just because of their race. The same thing with lgtbqia+, they're being treated unfairly, just because they like the same gender, etc.
