Hey, it seems like your dealing with something at the moment dont worry i get it, i really do, just dont listen to them or the people or voices that make you feel horrible or even some stress if your stressed then try to calm donw, try talking to friends, or taking a long nap to clear your thoughts or go outside nature or even view scenes of nature it reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings it helps a lot as well as drawing your feelings but if your dealing with bullying or anxiety then its still best to have a clear mind to help ease those thoughts and to help focus if your being bullied on the internet then block the person or ignore them or if it gets physical or in person, stay close to friends and family i hope this helps
