I've felt like crying constantly for days yet haven't had a reason, or a chance to let it out. The fact that every time I'm alone I want to fall onto my knees because I have such a bad panic attack. God what's wrong with me?

Can't even handle the three year old or my other sister in my presnese. whenever my sister talks to me I get so super overwhelmed I hate it. I don't want to yell but I just cant right now. And even the three year old was near me and I couldn't handle that evern though she was just being cuddly and sweet. Her stuffed animal hardly grazed the side of my arm and I automatically threw it because it overwhelmed me so much to which she started crying which overwhelmed me more and I just started screaming.
