quirk: harness: he can harness electricity through his fingers and use it at his will, if its lighting outside or he's surrounded by things that conduct electricity and he uses his quirk it grows stronger and the bolts he uses are bigger and stronger but overusing his quirk gives him headaches and nosebleeds

quirk:mishape :he can manipulate, control, reform and mishape any object, the downsides are that the bigger the object the harder too manipulate and if he does so happen to manipulate a large object he'll get nauseous and in some circumstances, he'll faint
info:Izumi has pure white skin with red and black faded spots around his body, he is a literal cinnamon roll who'll do anything for anyone even if they aren't the best person. He's very self-conscious about his skin spots and is always wearing long sleeves and long pants to try and hide them when he can.
