Most likely, just taking your time helps a lot more than we think it does, patience and some deep thinking should be a great factor!!
I'll definitely keep that in mind, dunno why I haven't really thought of that before !!!
I also think that I should just like take short breaks from people too so I don't just think "hey, I can make myself completely dependent on this person"
Exactly, a friendship is meant to involve both parties holding the same responsibilities and agreements!! Neither one should totally rely on the other, of course there will be times where you can do such but alas it mustn’t be always then that’s when it gets not awesome
Yeah, I've had a huge struggle with that line and it caused most of my friendships to become destroyed because of me just depending on them for everything, which sucks because I reallyyyy enjoyed talking to them as well
